General Program Entrance Requirements

2. Entrance application completely filled out; contact person a must! And a complete list of medications and
problems on file.
1. Possession and registration of local shelter card.
3. Agreement to abide by all rules and regulations signed and on file, also a signed release to hold harmless
on file.
4. All medicines and valuables locked. We are not responsible for your belongings. They are taken with you
when you leave. We are not obligated to store them for you.
5. Notification of very important dates or responsibilities. Your court dates and other responsibilities take
president over program rules and mandates; but it is your responsibility to know and keep those
appointments.
6. Attend classes, church meetings when not working, or on court ordered meetings. Since this is a Christian
ministry that believes Christ has power to heal, forgive, cleanse, and to empower individuals for overcoming
we ask you to limit the need to use A. A. meetings to 1 -2 a week. Otherwise please seek shelter at their
ministries! The Bible is our prescription for faith and we ask you to adhere to its mandates on your life while
here at NSRM, especially for those wanting help thru our Christian program.
7. Please do not grumble, complain, argue, threaten others as these are subject to dismissal. Remember this
is a Christian ministry that seeks to honor: GOD, HIS SON JESUS CHRIST, and the HOLY SPIRIT; in so
please let your actions always be subjection to them and man you see..
8. Finally, safety and respect are always in order. Please order yourself accordingly. Any problems are
reported to staff on duty firist, then to the Director, Rev. Chuck Smith if needed.
